Figures (paper and overhead) and notes for a lecture on new urban forms. It is not clear if this is a class lecture or not, although the files was in with other, more academic, material. Also notable is a generic letter from the Project Director of the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment, that came along with a report. The letter, dated October 1995, is of particular interest because it acknowledges that the office is being shut down.
