Discusses the research being done in the nutritional sciences including a study on how to measure the amount of body weight attributable to fat, the effects of vitamin B6 on the body for use in establishing national nutritional standards and the role calcium plays in the development of osteoporosis. Project participants include Professor Charlotte Young and Dr. Leo Luprock. Produced by the College of Home Economics, now Human Ecology.
