Binders kept by Feeney for Atlantic-related business trips taken to Ireland between 1993 and 2003. Chiefly represented are meeting agendas and background materials with John R. Healy, then the founding managing director of Tara Consultants Ltd (later Atlantic Philanthropies Ireland). Healy served as CEO for the Atlantic Philanthropies from 2001-2007. Also included are meeting materials for the Board of the University of Limerick Foundation, of which Feeney was a member.
