Agreement, Feb. 3, 1911, between MacDuff of Worcester, Mass., and Garrett & Lloyd of Belfast, Ireland. Agreement states that Garrett & Lloyd have acquired sole selling rights in the U.S. for linen thread manufactured by H. Campbell & Co., Belfast, and appoints MacDuff their agent in the U.S.
