New York (N.Y.). Landmarks Preservation Commission

This collection consists of two digital files documenting the dedication of the David Dubinsky historic landmark plaque in New York City by the Historic Landmarks Preservation Committee. One file contains the speech given by Ryna Appleton Segal, David Dubinsky's granddaughter, at the ceremony; the other is a digital photograph of the plaque taken by Ryna Appleton Segal.
